Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The contest is open to all customers who make a purchase of $200 (CAD) or more on detoks.ca 20 Dec 2023 and 31 Dec 2024.
    • Entrants must be legal residents of Canada or United States and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
    • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of detoks.ca are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry Method:

    • To enter the contest, eligible customers must complete a purchase of $200 (CAD) or more on detoks.ca.
    • Upon completing the purchase, customers must leave a review for the purchased product on the product page on detoks.ca. Only verified purchasers can leave reviews.
    • Each verified review will automatically count as one entry into the contest.

  3. Prizes:

    • There will be a total of three (3) prizes awarded.
    • First Prize: $200 CAD gift card
    • Second Prize: $100 CAD gift card
    • Third Prize: $50 CAD gift card
    • Gift cards will be issued in Canadian Dollars.
    • The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  4. Contest Period:

    • The contest begins on 20 Dec 2023 at 00:00 Hours and ends on 31 Dec 2024 at 23:59 Hours (Pacific Standard Time).

  5. Winner Selection:

    • The winners will be chosen through a random draw conducted by detoks.ca within seven (7) days after the contest ends.
    • The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently.

  6. Notification of Winners:

    • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during the purchase process.
    • If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first attempt, an alternate winner may be selected.

  7. Publicity:

    • By entering the contest, participants grant detoks.ca the right to use their names for promotional purposes without any compensation.

  8. General Terms:

    • detoks.ca reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that are deemed fraudulent.
    • detoks.ca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest or its terms at any time without prior notice.
    • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of detoks.ca, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.

  9. Privacy:

    • Information provided by participants will be used in accordance with the privacy policy of detoks.ca.

  10. Governing Law:

    • The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.

By participating in this contest, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
